INCREDIBLE WALK OF FAITHIncredible Walk Of Faith On Sunday, October 8, 2006, the Sunday Church School recognized one of its own for her incredible walk of faith. Mrs. Agnes McGregor joined Friendship in 1959, and has used her gift of teaching for 47 years. She was recruited to teach by Minnie R. Davis. She was asked to attend classes on Christian teaching by Mrs. Lucy Mae Hall. She has taught in the Baptist Training Union, and currently teaches Vacation Bible School and Sunday Church School. All who know her, love and respect her. She was presented with The Star for Teaching Excellence by Mrs. Davidson on behalf of the Sunday Church School of Friendship Baptist Church.
The photograph on left shows Mrs. Davidson presenting an award for Teaching Excellence to Mrs. McGregor. The center photograph shows Mrs. McGregor and her daughters, Mrs. Elaine Winfield and Mrs. Brenda Dill. The photograph below shows Mrs. McGregor with several Sunday Church School students she has taught or is currently teaching.
